The Think Tank is a place for you to offer suggestions for the communuty.

If you have ideas for streamlining or clarifying our features, improving performance, or making the tools simpler and easier to use, we'd love to hear your thoughts!

The more we can do to to foster connection, collaboration, community and encourage an even higher level of interaction between our members, the better--and the more elegant and simple our features are, the more time you can spend doing the real work of community-building and deepening your connections.

We're here to serve, and we do make sure to read these posts. However, our Team is small, and development takes time, so please be understanding if we can't make every change you'd like to see. It doesn't mean we're not listening, or that we don't love you. :)

Gaia Support

Yikes! You've found a bug. Well, we're here to fix it. :) Do you notice anything broken? Is something strange going on with your profile? Please post any issues on this group so the team—and other helpful Gaia members!—can get back to you. 

**IMPORTANT!!**  PLEASE POST ONLY ONE ISSUE PER THREAD!  Start new threads for different bugs.  Otherwise, some issues may fall under the radar.  And make sure the label (in the "Title" field) for the bug is appropriate ("Getting 'page not found' error on Gaia homepage" is a good description.  "Please help!" is not). Thanks.

And whenever reporting a glitch, please make sure to mention what browser you are using, along with its version number, since many bugs only affect certain browsers.  For example, I am using Firefox 3.  Perhaps you are using Internet Explorer 7.  My friend, Franc, likes to use Safari. 

If you'd like support on a non-technical issue, you may wish to try the community-grown Gaia Network (http://pods.gaia.com/z_network). This rich area of the site is full of tips on how to make the most of your time and connections here.

Edit of blog comments doesn't work When you add a comment to a blog there comes up a button that says you have 15 minutes to edit that post.  If you see a typo and press that edit button, nothing happens.Would be nice to be able to fix glaring errors that sometimes crop up.	Jun 26, 5:24 PM by Ted
